Problem is - the minute I engage the hotkey/prevent deactivation, is the minute my profile stops switching. Absolutely unequivocally the pinnacle of DF features for me. Im able to use my prevent deactivation hotkey to move to and fro which allows me to use SLI in game, and still be able to use my accessory display. This requires displayfusion to work its magic. The issue (one of a a literal PLETHORA im afflicted with due to SLI+Surround+accessory in portrait to boot) is when I go fullscreen with a game. Same goes for loading a game, and moving out of it and giving a window outside of the game focus (aka a borderless game moving to an accessory monitor browser window) the profiles switch to and fro just fine. Again, im SUUURE they arent going to re-write it for it to function properly in regard to displayfusion so im hoping you guys have some sort of work around or idea?īasically it will switch your macros, keybinds, color profiles, everything when you load and/or exit a game. So thats totally off topic - The issue im posting about/now having is razers profile system. Shame as it means i have to position it prior to running a game as opening it in game prior to positioning it (every restart) means being booted out of the game essentially I dont think razer created it with any means of saving the window location and while shortsighted, I dont think its fixable without either razer, or at best some registry modifcation slightly beyond my time/willingness to look into. This probably isnt a displayfusion thing, as no matter where I size or position the window, when I restart the program/pc it just pops up way off in hell's half acre anyhow. If you recall - i posted previously about razer synapse window location not moving properly with displayfusion window location profiles. That being said, apart from really shoddy software most of the time, razer stuff is pretty darn central to my functioning as well. Thanks for your cooperation. So displayfusion (im sure you guys hear this alot) = life! ESPECIALLY for multi gpu/multi display gamers. Ensure to set the link's settings that allow access to its content. Should you still need assistance, please send me your PC’s MSinfo and Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link into your PM. Select and delete all folders and files in the WebAppCache folder d. Type ‘%LocalAppData%\Razer\Razer Central\WebAppCache’ and press OKĬ. Exit all Razer applications (Razer Axon, Razer Cortex, Razer Synapse & Razer Central)ī. Hi MartinnnnnV, enzocapone, Dargya, daddybark_, Alcalazz, and Menogs! Was everything covered? Have you tried the suggestion above? Try joining another network, ensure that your GPU drivers are updated, and clear the WebAppCache for Razer Central:Ī. Thanks for sharing this, Hopefully, the other Insiders here find it nifty, Great post I used revo too and deleted everything even in the directories so I guess thats just the price we have to pay to use razer products. Synapse automatically downloaded my profiles from the Cloud and my controller works as advertised.īest of luck to you all.I hope this method (or some other) gets you “back into the game.” Synapse and Central opened just fine, and Win 10 automatically reinstalled my Tartarus driver(s). I installed that new update without issue, and restarted my system. Razer Central showed version 20230303, and indicated a new update of 8.52Mb was available. I then uninstalled my Tartarus Pro drivers in Device Manager (I had two instances of the driver, BTW).Īfter rebooting, I installed the latest version of Synapse (RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.12.0.385) with no issues! My Tartarus Pro was not listed since its driver was no longer installed (I never disconnected my USB, BTW). Seems my system had to be not just clean, but sanitized.Īfter using my RevoUninstaller software to remove every instance of Synapse down to the Registry level, I still found a Razer folder in both C:\Program Files (x86)\ and C:\Program Files\ (I have Win 10 64-bit).
